Melbourne to Sydney Walk

The walk is about taking back my life, and starting to live again. It’s about nature, exercise, healthy food, and personal wellbeing. I want to put the walk back in my talk, as actions can speak louder than words. Depression and anxiety can affect anybody, whether you suffer from it, or care for someone who does, and I feel that for the majority of my life I have been sinking in it.
